Return & Refund Policy

At Rawly, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to our dropshipping model, returns may need to be shipped to our supplier’s warehouse, which may be located outside your country.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable”

Example

If you ordered a hoodie and it doesn’t fit, you can request a return within 14 days. Once the item reaches our supplier and is approved, your refund will be issued.
