Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost

Due to international logistics, we do not offer size or style exchanges. In these cases, customers may request a return (see Return Policy).

Example

If you receive a t-shirt with a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it after verification.
